Founder and President, Joyce brings a background in IT, communications, and community building,. She’s a Systems Analyst at Nova Scotia Health, passionate about bringing people together to solve problems collectively. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, cooking, and photographing plants.

Served as Vice Prisident, Hannah’s background spans healthcare management, digital transformation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She organizes initiatives creating welcoming spaces for Chinese women in Atlantic Canada.

Served as program manager, Eilish Zhang works in career development and community support across Nova Scotia’s university career services and employment programs. She’s passionate about helping women, newcomers, and young professionals grow through mentorship, networking, and supportive community connections.
